Camp JCC 2025 registration opens:
Yes! We're excited to offer online registration this year. Please ensure your account is active and your details are up-to-date before registration opens.
Due to high demand, some camp groups may have waitlists once full. We will notify those on the list if a spot becomes available. Waitlisted participants will have a 24-hour window to confirm their spot before we contact the next in line.
Registration is on-going throughout the camp season. However, individual weeks will close on the Wednesday at noon prior to the scheduled camp week. For example, registration for the first day of camp (Monday, June 30) will close on Wednesday, June 25 at noon. Be sure to register before the deadline to secure your spot for the week!
Please indicate any allergies or medical conditions during registration. If your child needs to bring emergency medications, complete the appropriate form and email it to our camp office. You can find additional forms under the forms tab of our website menu.
Yes! Campers will have scheduled swim periods at the Steven Blitz Aquatics Centre, here at the Centre. Children ages seven years and younger must wear a lifejacket in the pool. Campers over eight years old may take a swim test to be exempt from wearing a lifejacket. Life jackets are provided, but if a camper prefers to bring one from home they are welcome to!
Yes! Field trips are one of our favourite camp activities and typically take place once a week. Occasionally, a scheduled field trip may be replaced with another specialty experience (for example, skateboarding or art lessons) relevant to the camp theme. Field trip locations will be listed in the schedule sent to you the week before your child's attendance. If you do not want your child to attend a scheduled field trip, we ask that you keep them home that day, as no alternate activities will be provided.
Campers must bring their own snacks and meals, unless pre-registered for the Karen's Café Lunch Option (available only for the full week, not individual days – and must be registered in advance). All food must be nut-free and kosher-sensitive.
Please register your child according to the grade they will enter in September 2025. We cannot guarantee group changes once the camp season has started.
If your child's birthday falls during the camp season, register them for the age group corresponding to their upcoming grade. For example, if your child turns four on July 27, register them for the four-year-old program.
If your child will miss camp, please notify us by email. Unfortunately, we cannot provide prorated fees for absences.
Yes! Detailed information, including the camp schedule, field trip locations, and any specific instructions for your child's week, will be sent to you during the week prior to your child's scheduled attendance. If for any reason you do not receive this information, please reach out to the camp director by the prior Thursday.
